Kimberly Williams

Kimberly Williams is the VP of People, Culture, and Compliance with Walker Advertising and Spokesperson for End Workplace Abuse. She was instrumental in fostering Walker Advertising’s inclusive and award-winning culture and is responsible for all aspects of people operations at Walker. She began her career as a diplomat with the US Department of State where she tackled complex personnel challenges negotiated at the United Nations in Vienna and received an award for her unprecedented work in diversity and inclusion. As a former HR professional, she has been recognized for her integrity and interpersonal skills and creative approaches to recruitment and retention. She has appeared on nearly 60 podcasts and has been featured in such outlets as Nasdaq, Haute Living, U.S. News & World Report, the Ritz Herald, and Entrepreneur.
