Celeste Emelia Mattingly, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience in personal and professional recovery settings. Since opening her private practice in 1999, she has served more than 2,000 adults navigating mental health, addiction issues, and spiritual growth.
